The basics

What is the MiRAjO Hub?

A business intelligence platform for organisations that serve business owners and professionals. Your programming, courses, community, events and member data live in one place, and what happens there becomes a picture of what your members actually need.

The word business is doing two jobs. It means the business owner who is your member, and it means your organisation as a business.

How is this different from our membership software?

Membership software tells you who is a member. It tracks who registered, who checked in and who paid. It cannot tell you whether being a member did anything for their business.

The Hub measures both sides. Course completion on one hand, and on the other, quarterly business outcomes: jobs created, revenue movement, funding secured, businesses registered.

Most organisations run both. That is a fine answer and we say so.

We already use a tool that scores member engagement. Why this?

Engagement scoring tools are real and the good ones work. The question is what happens after the score.

They score from logins, email opens and event RSVPs, flag who looks at risk, and hand your staff a list to work through. The Hub scores from what a member actually did, courses finished, assessments taken, check-ins answered, and then reaches out on its own. There is no list to work through because the follow-up already happened.

It also includes the courses and community generating the engagement, rather than only measuring engagement your other tools created.

Who is this built for?

Chambers of commerce, economic development organisations, CDFIs, SBDCs, banks and credit unions with a small-business arm, professional networks, incubators and workforce programmes.

The common thread is that you already serve business owners and you answer to somebody, a board or a funder, for proving it works.

Is this an association management system?

No, and it does not replace one. An AMS manages who is registered and who paid. The Hub is what happens after that: engagement, learning, community and outcome data your current system was never built to track.

Getting started

How long until we are live?

Same day. Your organisation and first admin can be set up the day you sign up. Traditional membership software implementations run eight to twelve weeks.

In practice we do the initial branding and configuration with you rather than handing you a blank system, and early customers are onboarded personally.

Our team is not technical. How hard is this to run?

Setup is done with you, not by you. Day to day is a dashboard with buttons and forms. There is no code anywhere in the running of it.

How do members get in?

One link with your invite code built into it, sent the same way you would send an event invitation. They land on a page carrying your logo, and they can create an account with an email and password or continue with Google or LinkedIn.

Straight answerIt is a new login. We do not pretend otherwise. What it replaces is three scattered touchpoints, the invite, the survey and the follow-up call, with one place. It is not a fourth system on top of the three.
Does it connect to our existing systems?

Not yet. There is no single sign-on and no automatic sync with an existing membership database today. Association management and QuickBooks integrations are in development 2026.

Tell us which one you need and we will tell you honestly where it sits rather than promising a date.

You can import members from a spreadsheet on day one, and export everything at any time.

Can we bring our own courses and content?

Yes, from the Growth tier up. Your courses sit alongside the built-in library under your branding. You can also upload a PDF or Word document and have the course built from it.

Your members

What does a member actually see?

A home screen with their courses, their progress and their next step. A library of over ninety courses. A community feed. A member directory. Your events with RSVP and a calendar invite. Paid opportunities. An assistant that answers their questions.

It installs to their phone home screen, with no app store, and sends real notifications.

Our members are here to network, not to take courses. Does this still work?

Yes, and it is a fair objection. Courses are one piece, not the offer.

  • The community feed, where members ask for what they need
  • The directory, which makes members findable by what they actually do
  • Events and RSVP in the same place as everything else
  • The assistant, which answers questions without your staff being the help desk

All of that is real usage with no course commitment at all.

How does a member find the right person in our membership?

They ask in plain language. A member types that they need a bookkeeper and the assistant searches your directory by service, industry, service area and location, then names the right member and points them to a message.

It never invents contact details and it never crosses into another organisation's membership.

Are our members mixed in with other organisations?

No. Your members stay in your own directory and are never pooled with anyone else's. Your membership list is your asset.

How does it help with renewal?

Two ways.

Continuous engagement through the year means value is felt at renewal time, rather than an invoice arriving out of nowhere from an organisation the member has not heard from since the last event.

And because activity is tracked continuously, a member drifting away shows up months before the invoice, while it is still recoverable. Most organisations find out at renewal, which is the one moment it is too late.

What happens when a member goes quiet?

The platform reaches out on its own. A weekly job finds members who have been inactive and sends one of three messages depending on the situation: never signed in, signed in but gone quiet, or started a learning track and stalled, in which case it names their next course.

Your staff do not have to run a list. It respects unsubscribes and does not repeat itself.

How do members get pointed to the right content?

They take a short assessment when they join. It places them at a business stage and enrols them in a track built for that stage, eight courses in order, with follow-up as they move through it.

It does a second job at the same time: it tells you what your membership is actually made of, which is what you build next year's programming from.

Data & reporting

What exactly do you track?

Thirty-six distinct member actions, captured as they happen. Posts and replies, reactions, connections made, courses and lessons started and completed, event registration and verified attendance, assessments, messages, saved items, course reviews, poll votes, profile views, questions asked, check-ins submitted, track enrolments, skill endorsements, sessions started, video watched, opportunity clicks, searches performed.

Worth knowingCapture happens at the database level, not in application code. That means a new feature cannot quietly stop reporting because someone forgot to add a line.
What is the quarterly check-in?

Once a quarter, each member tells you what changed in their business. Whether it is operating, the stage it is at, employees, jobs created, jobs retained, revenue range and whether it moved, funding secured and what type, government contracts, and specific milestones like business registered, bank account opened, first sale and first employee. Plus their biggest win and biggest challenge in their own words.

This is the part no comparable platform collects, and it is the reason your reporting can talk about outcomes rather than attendance.

Can we get a report for a funder?

Yes. Choose the period and the funder type and the narrative is written for you in the language that funder expects. There are templates for SBA Women's Business Centre, CDFI, EDA, chambers, and a general version.

Underneath it you get jobs created and retained, funding recipients by amount and type, government contracts, active businesses, response rate, revenue trend, business stage distribution, milestones achieved and demographic breakdowns.

Honest limitThe report will refuse to generate if there is no check-in data behind it. That is deliberate. A report built from nothing is worse than no report.
How do you count an active member?

From a session the member started, which is something a person has to actually do. Never from a login token, which refreshes on its own and makes almost everybody look active.

We know the difference matters because it has bitten us. One organisation looked like ninety-two percent monthly active by the loose method. The honest figure was fifty-three.

Other counting rules that hold: system-awarded points never count toward "most active", because that would rank people by what was done to them. Page views and apply clicks on opportunities are counted separately, because one is attention and the other is intent. And verified event attendance is never merged with member self-reported networking.

Can we get our data out?

Yes, at any time. Full member export to spreadsheet with a field picker across contact details, business profile, engagement and social links. Reports export too. Individual members can export their own data.

Will it show us trends over time?

Partly, today. You get twelve-month growth, eight-week completion history and daily activity charts, and your admins receive a weekly summary that compares this week against last and raises an alert when activity drops.

Direct up-or-down comparison on every metric inside the dashboard is being built now next release. We would rather say that than draw an arrow we cannot stand behind.

Branding

Will it look like us or like you?

Like you, from the Growth tier up. Your logo and your colours through the platform, and your logo on the page members land on when they join. From Scale up, your reports carry your branding and export ready to hand to a board or a funder.

One deliberate exceptionReport branding changes the accent colour only. Body text and the print layout stay fixed so that a light brand colour cannot make a grant document unreadable.

Pricing

What does it cost?
  • Seed — $199 a month, up to 150 members
  • Growth — $395 a month introductory, then $449, up to 400 members
  • Scale — $799 a month, up to 750 members
  • Enterprise — above 750 members, quoted

Unlimited staff logins on every tier. Annual billing gives you two months free.

What is included at the lowest tier?

More than people expect. Seed includes the full course library, the community, events, the assistant, engagement analytics, and both the quarterly check-ins and the AI impact reports.

Growth adds your branding, your own course building, branded webinars, and the integrations when they land. Scale adds branded exportable reports, deeper analytics and priority support.

Is there a trial?

Fourteen days free on every plan. A card is required at signup so billing can start automatically when the trial ends, and you get a reminder before it does. No long-term contract, cancel any time.

What happens if we outgrow our tier?

You move up. Tiers are member-count based and the features follow. Nothing has to be rebuilt or migrated.

Security & privacy

Where does our data live and who can see it?

Everything is encrypted both stored and in transit, on infrastructure that is independently audited and certified to recognised industry security standards.

Access is scoped by organisation at the database level. Your admins see your members. Another organisation's admins cannot, and neither can their assistant.

Who owns the data?

You do. Export it whenever you want, in full.

Can members control what is visible about them?

Yes. Members choose whether they appear in the directory, manage their own profile, and can export their own data. Direct messaging requires an accepted connection first, so nobody can be messaged cold.

What it does not do

What is genuinely not built yet?

We would rather you hear it from us.

  • No mentor matching. There is no mentor role or mentor pairing in the platform.
  • No sponsor logins. Sponsorship today means placements your admins manage, not a sponsor account.
  • No single sign-on and no live sync with an existing membership system.
  • No automatic placement of members into cohorts. Cohorts exist; enrolment is done by an admin.
  • Up-or-down comparison on every dashboard metric is in build now.
  • SMS notifications and the AMS and QuickBooks integrations are 2026.
  • Reports print from the browser rather than generating a server-side PDF.
Can we see it working with our own data before we commit?

That is what the fourteen day trial is for. We will not build a custom sandbox before a signature, but we will set your organisation up properly during the trial so what you are looking at is real.

Support

What support do we get?

Support tickets are raised inside the platform by any of your admins, not through a single named contact, with response times tiered by priority. Scale and above get priority response.

Early customers are onboarded personally rather than pointed at a help centre.

Who else uses it?

Women Impact Network, Tampa Business Club and the Tampa Bay Latin Chamber.

Two of those three are Miranda Johnson's own organisations. We say that up front rather than letting you discover it. The Hub ran inside real organisations with real members and real stakes before it was sold to anybody.
