Information you provide directly:
- Name and email address submitted through any form, enrollment, or inquiry
- Account credentials when you create a login for any of our programs or tools
- Assessment and diagnostic responses (Alignment Audit, Couples Scorecard, CIE Diagnostic)
- Budget entries, income and expense categories, calendar events, and financial goals entered in Money Moves
- Couples pairing information entered during CIE enrollment
- Communications you send us by email or through contact forms
Payment information: When you purchase a course, subscription, or coaching program, payment is processed securely by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers.
Automatically collected data: When you visit our website or use our apps, we may collect browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited, and referring URLs through standard server logs and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process payments and fulfill your enrollment or subscription
- To create and maintain your account and program access
- To deliver course content, track progress, and issue certificates
- To store and sync your Money Moves budget data across devices

3. Money Moves — Android App
Money Moves by MiRAjO is available as a web application and as an Android app on the Google Play Store. Both use the same account system and data storage. When you use the Android app:
- We collect the same account and financial planning data described in Section 1
- The app does not access your device contacts, camera, microphone, or location
- The app requires an internet connection to sync your data with your account
- Your financial planning data is never sold or shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising purposes
- You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@mirajoco.org
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our business. These providers may process your data on our behalf for purposes including payment processing, database storage, email delivery, website hosting, and bot protection. All providers are contractually required to protect your data and may not use it for their own purposes.
