3. Programs and Digital Courses

MiRAjO offers digital programs and courses, including 25 Days and 25 Nights. Upon purchasing a program, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own use.

• You may not share, resell, or redistribute course materials, videos, or downloadable content.
• Access is tied to the account used at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to revoke access for violation of these Terms.

4. Refund Policy

Digital Programs (25 Days and 25 Nights)
Due to the digital nature of our course content, all sales are final. We offer a 3-day satisfaction guarantee: if you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 72 hours of your original purchase date by contacting us at info@mirajoco.org. Refund requests received after 72 hours will not be honored.

Directory Membership
All directory membership fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future billing; no refund will be issued for the current billing period.

Coaching Services
Coaching packages are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and course materials — is the property of MiRAjO Collective LLC or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services (such as Stripe, Eventbrite, and Brilliant Directory). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.
