Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MiRAjO Hub, operated by MiRAjO Collective LLC ("MiRAjO," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida. By accessing or using MiRAjO Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing MiRAjO Hub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Platform Access

MiRAjO Hub provides access to entrepreneurial education courses, assessments, tools, and community features. Access is granted based on your membership type:

• Organization members receive access through their organization's subscription
• Individual members subscribe directly to MiRAjO Hub

Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or allow others to access the platform using your account.

3. Organization Subscriptions

Organizations that subscribe to MiRAjO Hub ("Organizations") agree to the following:

• The organization is responsible for the conduct of its administrators and members on the platform.
• The organization must obtain any necessary consents from members before adding them to the platform.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• The organization may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of the paid billing period; no partial refunds are issued.
• Upon cancellation, member data is retained for 90 days to allow for export, then permanently deleted.
• The organization may not resell, sublicense, or transfer its Hub subscription without written permission from MiRAjO.
• The organization is the data controller for its members' personal information. MiRAjO processes this data as a data processor on behalf of the organization. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, reproduce, or redistribute course content, videos, or assessment materials
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or platform systems
• Use the platform to harass, spam, or harm other members
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract platform content
• Misrepresent your identity or organizational affiliation
• Upload or transmit harmful, unlawful, or offensive content

MiRAjO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MiRAjO Hub — including courses, lesson materials, assessments, videos, written content, and AI-generated reports — is the intellectual property of MiRAjO Collective LLC or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this content for your own use. No other rights are granted.

6. AI-Generated Content

MiRAjO Hub uses artificial intelligence to generate impact reports and related content for organizational use. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes and should be reviewed by the recipient before use in grant applications, reports, or external communications. MiRAjO makes no warranty as to the completeness or fitness of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Disclaimers

MiRAjO Hub is provided "as is." MiRAjO makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Course content is educational in nature; results will vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MiRAjO Collective LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of MiRAjO Hub. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
